Use that same address to get something into eNews, or else reply to a past eNews. Send a short information blurb (3-5 lines) and your contact information.
Volunteer to help with eNews at the same address!
Items should be submitted a week in advance. All submissions are reviewed by our El Carmelo principal before they are sent out.
Follow these guidelines:
- Must be related to the immediate community
- Must be child or family related content
- Copy ready, no further information needed
- Short, use a hyperlink for further information
- Events should have a timeline or date, and be timely for the issue
- Non-profits only, with fundraiser exceptions (announcements of fundraising events by commercial organizations are accepted if they benefit the school)
- To keep the job manageable, the editor’s discretion in choosing articles must be respected
