TEACHER WISH LISTS Looking for a way to say thank you to our fabulous teachers? Many of our El Carmelo teachers have put together wish lists for their classrooms. Search for “El Carmelo” on the following link: https://www.booksinc.net/wishlist/search to see if your teacher created one! These books need to be purchased separately from personal orders as they will be picked up at Books Inc. from a PTA member (no shipping costs to you) and delivered to the front office for the teachers to pick up. When placing an order for your teacher, you’ll notice that you will not be asked for shipping information. That means you have done it correctly!

Thursday 9/24 – My Favorite Book El Carmelo Family Night! 7-8PMEl Carmelo parent and our favorite book reviewer, Hikari Loftus, will host an evening for your kids to share their favorite books! Have your kids get in their PJ’s, bring their favorite book(s) to share and some dessert to enjoy if they choose! Zoom link in your email or Konstella.
Tuesday 9/29 – Author visitAuthor T. L. McBeth will be visiting El Carmelo students (virtually!) during the school day. He will be sharing Randy, the Badly Drawn Horse, the hilarious picture book tale of a child’s illustrated creation who (never having seen himself) thinks he’s extraordinarily beautiful. Purchase a copy here (sales will count towards our book fair even if purchased prior to 9/21)
Wednesday 9/30 – Book Fair “Ends” This is the last day to purchase books to count toward our book fair totals. THANK YOU for supporting Books Inc. and El Carmelo!
